COOKING CLASS 3 (15 USD/PAX)


1. Fried springroll with meat:
* Ingerdients:
Carrot, onion, salt, sugar, pepper chopped meat, rice paper, spring onion.
* Method for cooking:
Wash carrot, onion, spring onion.
Peel carrot, onion, julience carrot, onion, spring onion.
Mariate carrot, onion, spring onion, chopped, meat well.
Give mixture on the rice paper.
Roll hand..
The heat cooking oil on the flyung pan.
After give this products fried from 5 to 8 mins until it evenly browned each side.
Finally taff off the heat.
Add on the plate. Serve hot with dressing sour and sweet. Decorate with tomatoes flower.
* How to do dressing sour and sweet:
Lemon juice, surgar, fish sauce, chopped garlic and chilli. The boilling water to cool into a bowl and stir well.

2.Salad squid:
* Ingredients:
Squid, celery, cucumber, onion, pineapple, basil, fry onion, cooking oil, chopped garlic, dressing sweet and sour, ginger (peel ginger), salt, sugar, pepper, coriander.
*Method for cooking:
Wash squid.
Wash all vegetable.
Boil squid.
Slice squid, pineapple, ginger, onion, celery, and basil.
Give all ingredients on the bowl, mix with sugar pepper, salt, fry onion, cooking oil, chopped garlic, dressing aweet and sour.
Mix well, after tries it.
Add on the plate and spinkle coriander and fry onion.serve cool.

3. Cantones fried rice:
* Ingredients:
Carrot, fried meat, shrimps, spring onion, salt, pepper, sugar, chicken powder, chopped garlic, cooking oil, rice, eggs chicken.
* Method for cooking:
Peel carrot, and wash carrot, french bean, spring onion, after dice carrot, french bean, shrimps, fried meat add cooking oil in frying pan, pour all ingredien and sauted with chopped garlic, salt, sugar, chicken powder, pepper. Mix well season flavor and take off the heat.
Give another frying pan add alittle cooking oil, chopped garlic on wait to have aromatic. Add rice mix well, fried until rice toss up, continue add egges chicken, spring onion, and try it.take off the heat and put on the plate.

4.Shrimp sauted with cashewnut:
* Ingredients:
Cabbage, french bean, carrot, tomato, onion, shrimp, cashewnut, cooking oil, salt, pepper, sugar, chicken powder, chopped garlic coriander.
* Method for cooking:
Wash on vegetalbe and slice them, shell shrimps and marinate alittle salt, pepper, sugar, chopped garlic. Add cooking oil in the frying pan on the heat, chopped garlic wait to smell aromatic, continue shrimps sauted for 5 mins, take off the heat.
Boild all vegetable in the water, wait them medium, take it and drain, pour all vegetable sauted with shrimps, seasoning spice again, add on the plate, Srinkle cashewnut, coriander, pepper on the top. Serve hot with rice.
