COOKING CLASS 1 (15 USD/PAX)


1. Fried spring rolls with tofu:
* Ingredients:
1. Fried spring rolls with tofu: * Ingredients: Carrot.
Spring onion, onion.
Salt, peper, sugar.
Chicken powder, chopped garlic.
Tufu, rice paper.
* Method for cooking:
Wash carrot, onion, spring onion.
Peel carrot, onion, jullience carrot, onion, spring onion, tufu.
Marinate with salt, peper, sugar, Chicken powder, chopped garlie.
Give mixture on the rice paper, roll hand.
The heat cooking oil in the frying pan.
After give this products fried from 5 to 8 mins until it evently browned each side. Finally take off from the heat, add on the plate, serve hot with dressing sweet and sour, decorate with tomatoes flower.
*How to do dressing sour and sweet:
Lemon juice, sugar, fish sauce, chopped garlic, and chilli the boiling water to cool into a bowl, stir well.

2. Salad lotus with shrimps and meat:
* Ingredients:
Shrimps, meat, lotus, onion, carrot, basil, herb, celery, salt, sugar, chicken powder, cooking oil, frenches dressing, shrimps chips.
Fried onion, garlic, coriander.
*Method for cooking:
Shell shrimps, slice finally meat, after boild them in the water, jullience onion, basil, celery herb, carrot Wash lotus, drain it.
Add on the plate and sprinkle fried onion, coriander on the face, Serve cool. Fried shrimps chips in the Cooking oil, serve with salad.

3.Griiled fish in banana leaf :
*Ingredients:
Cooking oil, sugar, chicken powder, salt, sugar, peper, fried onion, spring onion, garlic, slice lemon mackerel banana leave.
*Method for cooking:
Wash and clean fish after using a double boiler and give fish on it bring to boil in the 15 mins, steam it well, take a bowl and salt, peper, dice spring onion, chicken powder garlic, cooking oil, mix well, set a saide.
When mackerel welldone, take off the heat and sprinkle banana leave after giving fish on the top, roll again well.
Put on the barbecued and grilled for 5 mins, take off the heat and give on the plate, serve hot with rice and salt, pepper, slice lemon.
+Notes: If you do not have banana leave, you can change silver paper, and a double boiler change micro wave oven, let to steam fish.

4.Fried rice with pineapple:
*Ingredients:
Pineapple, rice, shrimps, salt, sugar, peper, chicken powder, chopped garlic, cooking oil.
*Method for cooking:
Add cooking oil in the flying pan, after giving garlic, stir.
Well come to have aromatic (smell) continue giving Pineapple, shrimps and spice, finally giving steam rice mix well, seasoning flavour, take off the heat, Serve hot with soy sauce.
