

The Vinh Hung 1 Restaurant in Hoian Ancient Town offers similar cooking classes -- a chef-guided trip to the Hoian Market, class and lunch. But these are demonstration classes, possibly better suited to more inhibited students. We sat, watched, took pictures and notes and sampled the Vietnamese specialties & Hoian specialties: Fried spring rolls with shrimps, Tam Hữu, Banh Xeo, Salad banana flower shrimps and meat, Griiled fish in banana leaf ... Food in Vietnam is always greatly remembered and Hoian food is the highlight !
